MWJ is a capability development partner working with governments and national authorities to build sustainable preparedness for Disaster Victim Identification (DVI), Mass Fatality Management, and complex emergency response.
We work primarily with GCC region governments, where we have deep operational experience and long-standing institutional relationships.

The framework was designed from the ground up to reflect GCC realities - government-led response structures, cultural and religious considerations, large expatriate populations, repatriation requirements, and the demands of high-profile national events.
